Larisa Ivanchenkova was born on May 19th, 1966 in Velyka Mochulka, Vinnytsia region. 1983 - graduated from Veliko Mochul Secondary School. 1983-1984 - pioneer leader in Veliko Mochul Secondary School. 1984-1987 – student of the Kyiv Technical School of City Electric Transport, specialization: "Installation and Setting the Automation Control Systems". In 1987 she works in Odesa Experimental "Kharchopromavtomatika" Automation Plant.

In 1999, she graduated from the Odesa State Academy of Food Technologies (OSAFT), specialization: "Accounting and Audit".
2011 - defended her PhD thesis. 2019 - defended her Doctoral Dissertation.
Career
Larisa Ivanchenkova worked in the private sector occupying the posts of the accountant, chief accountant, and head of the company since 1992 The company, which she headed, specialized in the production and distribution of pasta products; production, freezing and sale of meat products and dumplings; consumer goods trade).
1993-1999 – student of the Odesa State Academy of Food Technologies (OSAFT), specialization: "Accounting and Audit" (extramural studies, worked in parallel). After graduating from the academy, started her work at the Department of Finance, Accounting and Audit as an assistant.
1999-2020 – assistant, associate professor, and professor at the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies (ONAFT). In 2013 she received the academic rank of associate professor at the Department of Accounting and Audit.
From April 2016 to April 2019 she also served as the head of the Department of Organizational and Educational work in the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies.
2020 – received the academic rank of professor of the Department of Accounting and Audit. 2021 – appointed to the position of head of the department of digital technologies of financial operations of ONAFT, where I still work.
From May 2022 to February 2023 – performed the duties of the Head of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Applied Economics and Management named after G.E. Weinstein in the Odesa National University of Technology (ONUT).
Research and publishing, publications
She is the author of more than 170 scientific and scientific-methodical articles and theses, including 12 scientific publications in periodicals, which are included in the scientometric databases recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science, in particular Scopus, co-author of 12 chapters of collective monographs, including 1st personal, co-author of 2 textbooks and author of 6 lecture notes on disciplines according to the teaching profile.
